I would call it a Merry Go Round but maybe that is the same as a Carousel?
Not sure what the Reindeer would be called?
I agree with Chinle “merry go round.” We had them on our playgrounds as children.
Turns out I’m right and I’m wrong. According to some, a carousel has seats of some kind (commonly horses) and revolves around a fixed center. Merry go round is also a carousel but there is a second definition of merry go around…that being the children’s playground variety. Who knew?
