That’s going to be a great trip, some beautiful scenery. Just don’t overdo the lutefisk.
And you guys have been enjoying sunny Spain! Wait, isn’t lutefisk just gefilte fish in disguise? I plan to sample plenty of aquavit!

I looked up lutefisk on Wikipedia. Sounds grim; clearly originally a “survival food.” Though I read it is part of the traditional Christmas dinner in Norway and Sweden. Reminds me of bacalao, a dish I didn’t enjoy.
All this reminded me of the movie “Babette’s Feast,” a movie I’m sure Grubb loved.
