After breakfast (tell you about that tomorrow because it deserves pictures and I was so taken with all the people and food choices, well no pics), we ambled on down to the Palm House, about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Set in lush gardens, a green house featured many types of palms as well as other intriguing plants. Kept Grubb pretty busy with his plant identifier app.
Guess I lost my comment so I’m starting again. I was saying that I could hardly keep up with all I am seeing. You are covering the waterfront and then some!
I love the flowers, the palms, and the scenery. There has to have been a lot of battles, looking at the forts. You will learn a lot about the Vikings when get to Norway.
