City maps and transportation details hold a certain interest. So does info about coffees and meals. Castles and museums can be amusing to the culturally-minded. But this journal is lacking in conflict, in danger, in thuggery, in potentially deadly food, in perilous landscapes–in short, in drama. Those of us in the drama racket need stimulation.
Or are we just experiencing the truth about life in Scandinavia and socialist-welfare northern Europe? Back here, they’re shooting up 70-year-old women in Farmington.
