Here is what the inside of our Lisbon AirBnB looks like. I am guessing it is a typical layout for an apartment in Lisbon. It is old but spotlessly clean and well kept. You can see in the kitchen, the range is about half the height of a regular range. The microwave and washing machine are old but serviceable. The refrigerator is about 1/2 the size of what we are used to.
There is a front living room and a front bedroom. Since the coffee kiosk across the narrow road doubles as a bar, it can be quite noisy into the night. The back bedroom and small living room / eating area, on the other hand, are peacefully quiet. Except for the upstairs neighbor who seems to pace their hallway at odd hours.
