Whew! What a whirlwind of activity with Joe and Elaine, the amazing dynamic duo. We loved every minute of it. Reveling in Boston’s history, stuffing ourselves with cannoli, and having great conversations. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and letting us have a peek at your lives. One day was not nearly enough. I guess we’ll have to come back.
How are Joe and Elaine related to me? I think I mentioned that my mom and Joe’s father were sister and brother. As with my other Paster cousins, Joe has always lived on the east coast, growing up in Norwich and then moving to Boston where he and Elaine have been settled for many years. So our paths haven’t crossed much over the decades. Such a warm feeling to reconnect.
