I appreciate the Michelin tour and look forward to the Malbec notes, but when do we get to the gaucho experience? I’m ready for some horseback and bolo action.
I can barely walk much less ride a horse. My left hip can’t get operated on soon enough. Yesterday we meandered Mendoza for about 8 miles. My pace was slow and laborious. I don’t walk, I toil.
Bad luck for you walkers. Time to meditate, cultivate stillness. And keep enjoying the grub. I’ll guide you through the surgery later.
